As Director of Community Partnerships, Ron White is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporations and community groups within the Greater Richmond community. 

As Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, Ron specializes in many transitional areas of financial services such as 401(k) start-ups and rollovers, cash management and focuses on assisting individual clients and business owners in fulfilling their financial goals and objectives.  His focus is on total wealth management and he provides solutions for multidimensional personal and business finances helping clients to efficiently and effectively manage their wealth in order to give them the best possible opportunity to achieve their long-term goals. Ron graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a B.S. degree in General Engineering.  He subsequently attended Bowie State University where he earned a M. A. in Business Administration and is currently a Business Ph.D. candidate with Capella University.  Ron served The United States for 21 years in the United States Army in various roles culminating as a Military Aide to The U. S. Ambassador to Haiti.
