Leisel Kingston has been an active member of the RAASF since 2004. As Administrative Director, Leisel provides overall RAASF administrative and event support. She maintains annual records of all committee reports and preserves all pertinent organizational documents, correspondence, files and history as part of the organization’s archives.
Leisel brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry serving in a variety of roles including a real estate and investments specialist with IBM, new business development assistant with The Martin Agency and as an Office Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance managing day-to-day operations for the Global Risk department. For more than six years, Leisel served as a Sourcing Coordinator for Genworth Financial’s Corporate Sourcing Department where she was the primary liaison for internal and external customers in procuring goods and services. She was recently promoted to her current role as Sourcing Operations Process Analyst where she leads projects that drive efficiencies within the sourcing processes, tools, infrastructure and iprocurement systems to enable global sourcing support of business operations.
In 2006, Leisel was recognized by the Genworth Foundation for her outstanding commitment and efforts to coordinate and encourage Genworth employee volunteerism and participation with organizations such as for Meals on Wheels and Junior Achievement. She is also a recipient of the 2006 Genworth Financial Navigator Award and has received several management awards for her outstanding work to facilitate efficient process improvement. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City.
