Scholarship Selection Committee – Jamala Murray, Chair

The Scholarship Selection Committee is responsible for coordinating the overall scholarship selection process activities including the preparing and assembling of application documents, coordinating and scheduling of application review sessions, ensuring that evaluation criteria are met according to guidelines and the submission of final RAASF award recipient nominees to The Community Foundation Board for ratification.

Student Development and Mentorship Committee – Ron Edwards and Jermaul Williams, Co-chairs

The Student Development and Mentorship Committee is responsible for organizing RAASF's Annual Student Development Workshop for RAASF scholars, facilitating the assembly and distribution of The RAASF “Black Box” student care packages, fostering relationships mentor/mentee, maintaining ties, and conducting periodic check-ins with all scholarship recipients throughout their college years.

High School Engagement Committee – Laura Stephens, Chair

The High School Engagement Committee is responsible for establishing and maintaining relations with the Richmond City high schools for the general purpose of identifying qualified graduating seniors and promoting the awareness of the scholarship fund.
